Every successful insurgent needs evangelists
For my inaugural posts on chris-boyce.com, I have chosen a subject that has been close to my heart for most of my career, namely helping relatively small technology businesses to grow sales, profitability and market share against much larger organisations with superior market positions and vastly greater resources. It’s a story of insurgents v. incumbents, repeated across multiple product & service categories, international markets and channel structures. How David keeps taking on Goliath… and winning!
The above 5 steps draw directly upon my own observations and experience across 25+ years as a Hardware Engineer, Product Manager, Marketing Director and ultimately, a General Manager and P&L Owner.
